Accuracy & Completeness
- Information must be factually accurate and current
- Sources cited for specialized or technical information
- No misleading claims about outcomes or certifications
- Course must be complete (no "coming soon" sections)
- All links and resources must be functional
Originality & Copyright
- Content must be original or properly licensed
- No plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material
- Third-party content used with permission or fair use
- Proper attribution for all external sources
- No unauthorized use of trademarks or brand names
2. Language Requirements
English Language Requirement
All courses in the public marketplace MUST be:
- Primarily in English, OR
- Include complete English translations or subtitles

Acceptable Examples
- Course entirely in English
- Course in Spanish with English subtitles on all videos
- Course in French with English translations of all text materials
- Bilingual course with parallel English content
Not Acceptable
- Course entirely in a non-English language without translations
- Partial translations (must be complete)
- Machine-translated subtitles with poor quality
Enterprise Exception
This requirement does NOT apply to:
- Private courses within enterprise/tenant environments
- Courses not listed in the public marketplace
- Internal organizational training

Video Quality
Minimum Video Standards
- Resolution: Minimum 720p (1280x720)
- Frame Rate: Minimum 24 fps
- Bitrate: Minimum 2 Mbps
- Format: MP4 (H.264) recommended

- Video files: Maximum 5 GB per file
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX (max 100 MB)

- Code files: ZIP archives (max 500 MB)

5. Prohibited Content
The following content will result in immediate removal:

- Adult Content: No pornography or sexually explicit material
- Illegal Activities: No content promoting illegal acts
- Dangerous Information: No bomb-making, hacking tutorials, etc.
- Scams & Fraud: No get-rich-quick schemes or pyramid schemes
- Malware: No viruses, trojans, or malicious code
- Spam: No repetitive or irrelevant promotional content
- Impersonation: No pretending to be someone else
- Misinformation: No deliberately false health or safety information
Sensitive Topics
When covering sensitive topics (politics, religion, health):

9. Consequences of Violations
